Hammer Of Hathor is Heather Vergotis and Mark Kaylor. Instrumentation is unlisted but sounds like out-of-tune guitar with flute, saxophone and percussion amongst other instruments. The music I can only best describe as being a lo-fi No-Wave influenced insanity which ranges from angular freak outs to end-of-the-world doom dirges. Perhaps if you imagined Arto Lindsay recording guitar on Sun Ra's "Strange Strings" that would paint a more vivid picture. A lovely recording that will be revisited many times over!
